As a Summerville Telephone Man, heres a buying tip, Dont buy in a neighborhood that offers a One Car Garage..ever! Terrible neighbors usually and terrible resell value. Also, Dont get a fireplace installed or pick one as a option on a new home build...You will Never Ever use it and it will just take up one complete wall in your great room.

@LIVING IN SUMMERVILLE SC with Ryan McHugh, Ryan, speaking of Bugs; do you have to worry about heartworms with Boston Terriers? Is this a major issue to stay up on living in SC with pets?

Speaking as someone who has 2 Boston Terriers (love them), I can tell you as long as they're vaccinated you should have no issues. Our pups have had no issues and I never have had a vet concerned about heartworms. Great question!
