Generally speaking, Cane Bay or Summers Corner. Both neighborhoods offer affordable housing but also have completely different HOAs for amenities. So you really need to connect with someone like myself for a more precise approach!

Including 55+ community and all neighborhoods where can you get the most house for the money?

This area has so much home building going on without yhe necessary infrastructure to hanlde the volume. All of SC lowcountry is overly populated in comparison to its ability to handle the volume of people. The traffic is terrible, there arent nearly enough doctors, dentists, quality schools, etc. They keep building houses without real achievable infrastructure plans.

Yeah this part blows my mind but they’re certainly getting the taxes, I honestly think you’ll see people moving out in droves in the future.

Hi Judith, it depends on what kind of downsizing you want to do. Many options, Townhomes, 1200sq ft Single Story Ranches, or even a small 2 story cottage home?
