I went to a church one time in view of a call and this actually happened to me. When I walked into the church, I walked up near the front and sat down on the pew and waited for the service to start. This little ol' lady walked up and tapped me on the shoulder. I looked up and she said "young man, you're sitting in my seat". Embarrassed, I stood up and gave her the seat. A few months later, the church called me as their pastor and I became her pastor. So, I got to love her and care for her.

Love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sad ,but this actually true in some churches. Makes us think about how ignorant things can get some times.

I actually had this happen to me. I was filling in for the pastor at a church and a little old lady informed me I was sitting in her seat and my family would have to move. I thought it was funny and felt sorry for a gentleman who witnessed the incident and about died of embarrassment.
