Yes it does. Happened 3 times to me. Only reason was same personal details. I had to really have a go at them for them to reinstate and apologise.

I lost my shop also in Etsy. Now I'm not sure can I even start a new one from same I.P address. They can close your shop from many reasons. In Etsy you need to be careful and read well how to act there. I got no answer why it was closed just very short email that I cannot fix it anymore and there is no way to start it again. Lol 😆 just was so hard to find any personal help from there and the emails came like after 9 days or more. I thank you Alek but there is something wrong how this Etsy is working or how people have lot of problems lately on the platform.

Seems like you have not updated your information about Etsy, since it's not free anymore to open a shop. Also, as mentioned, Etsy is cleaning house, shutting down shops left and right! My new shop got suspended before I was even able to upload a product.

I didn’t realize they are now charging to open a shop. They have managed to make tons off of Sellers. I’m no longer a fan of Etsy.

Thx, Alek! Started my store last week and used your model for etsy and found a low competition niche and also sell some top sellers. Have listed 26 POD mugs so far and will continue to list to get the most eyeballs on my store. I've researched the best titles and tags that can get me on the first page of every search for my products.

Not very relevent to the video, but I keep getting errors with the printify uploader script "Error while copying content to a stream." Any idea why? It was working well to begin with, but now I get this error almost every time

Dear Alek! I love your videos but Etsy is Mass Banned shops and does not let new shop opened...so please update video, it is not valid anymore. Please give us a solution on how to start an Etsy shop after was banned. They automatically ban if you zse same.IP or same identify

drop shipped stuff is a good way to get your etsy shop shut down tho since it isn't allowed on etsy. (not POD)

Actually, it is. You must disclose that you are working with a production partner such as CJ dropshipping when posting your items.

@@Dakotagirl823you have to have a hand in either the design or production of the product to sell on Etsy. Even if you disclose a production partner. That’s why POD is okay if you do your own designs, but dropshipping is not

@@Dakotagirl823 production partner disclosure is for handmade where you have had some level of input which results in a unique item. POD is an example of this. Drop-shipping is only allowed with POD or in the supply category - baking, party and crafts.
