These are without doubt the best instructional videos on taekwon do you'll find on KZfaq whether you're a beginner or a black belt.

Unfortunately, I need to go through it systematically. I will eventually get to Won Hyo Tul and beyond.

I have just taken up Taekwon-Do at the age of 45 having watched my 8 year old son train for the last two years. These are excellent videos and I have found them extremely helpful, it would appear that you can teach an old dog new tricks, providing you have the correct instructional videos. Thank you!

45yrs is a good age to start TKD as it slows down the aging process. It's great for your mental and physical wellbeing. Good luck with your training.

Thank you, sir; that was well explained. My grading is today and four directional blocking is the one that I find the hardest.

Thank you for this , having trained previously, achieved green belt doing blue tag , life turned bad so many ways, despite physical and mental health issues, the last straw was having a massive siezuure Saturday lunchtime on the leed up to the corronation ceremony, the siezuure and subsequent missed diagnosis issues are resultant of a slow growing brain tumor. In the hospital AMU accute medical unit, or I thought at the time we'd been nukes I'm in a place called atomic missile unit, 😅😅 laugh now but the only things that went around in my head was the following 1/ I needed my wife and she needed me. Tae Kwon do Tennants. Courtesy. Integrity. Perseverance. Self control Indomitable spirit. Apparently so the staff were telling me I was using the ward as a Do Jang. No Idea as I didn't know who I was, when or were I was . I do know that I entered the amu with no left arm shoulder and hand function and very week left leg motor functions Tae Kwon do has helped get the arm issues 95 percent on track with no other physio just the power of the mind and focus.detemined although I can't recall any patterns I have thankfully the foundation the roots of the trees . Like summer scorched grass the roots are there waiting for the water. It's going to be a while but self control, perseverance and indomitable spirit I'm going to get myself back to green belt level and beyond

I am not sure what you mean. When you block it is always on the same side as your front foot. Start with left low block and right middle block for the first part. Second part is the other way round. Remember to step backwards on the low blocks and forwards on the middle blocks.
