Be aware that midi port is not compatible with other devices, as tip and ring connection are reversed and you need a special cable to make it work correctly.

This is technically incorrect. There are two TRS MIDI types of cable. None is reversed, as there is no standard (or there wasn't one for the longest time at least).

the korg nanokey was good in 2016 when was released this is much better much many function and features and normal keys you can play

Does this have Polyphonic Aftertouch, Chanel Aftertouch, or Monophonic Aftertouch.

It's a midi controller not a synth so you can program it to do anything your software / DAW can doo, if for example you have Arturia Mini V minimoog emulation you can program a button switch from monophonic to polyphonic

@@munayminerales you can use a cable or a 5 pin midi adapter and connect and control other instruments like synthesizers, drum machines etc

@@haskellmusic search on Google Imperial theme Reaper, it's for big monitors or two screens but you can modify it I turned off the bottom mixer faders to fit in the screen

this one or the MPK32 pro? 🤔 What is the keyboard or controller with the most mini keys? I have small hands 🙈 I have a Yamaha keyboard of 5 octaves (full size) and the most i can reach is a 9th🙊

The MPK32 is another level from DMK25 the, this new DMK25 have the softest easyest keys and very usable features that no other midi keyboard have at the time, i have try most of the midi keyboards including akai mpk mini/play arturia minilab and other, the akai have good pads and the arturia more professional keys, if you want with more keys i suggest the Arturia Keystep 32 or 37, plus they give you one of the best synth vst software Analog Lab

Looks pretty promising. I've tried MPK Mini mk3 and Minilab MK2 - liked the size of MPK but liked the key and drum pads feel on Arturia. Unfortunately, I have small hands, so I've become tired very quickly with Arturia key size. How do this Donner feel overall in comparison with Akai and Arturia?

This keyboard is made to offer you something between those two have but in one small midi keyboard, you can control and program anything with the controller with no other external software and program, the pads on Akai feels great and are better quality but the problem is that you have to velocity options FULL or SOFT and when you play on Ezdrummer on full the samples glitch and play double with dmk25 you have 4 options on pad and keys soft, medium, hard, full, i find "hard" perfect for ezdrummer, the Arturia keys are top quality like professional keyboard the keys on DMK25 are even smaller and softer and easy to play but not so sturdy quality to play hard things

@@StamatisStabos Thanks for elaborate information. Seems like I gonna have hard time choosing. This little Donner looks like better option vs mpk mini mk3 but yet, there's also new Minilab from Arturia and new MPK from Akai... I'm mostly considering this Donner and Minilab MK3, don't think I'll put my hands on MPK Mini Plus or Mini Play. Oh, and it's pretty cool to see usb-c in these new devices... it's about a time.
