What I did was I’d go to the thrift store u can usually find a large stuffed animal that’s from a carnival for a few bucks. Talk about unlimited!

I been thinking about actually using the pillows themself to stuff a zippered twin mattress topper to create a floor mattress. Mmmm... I wonder how many I would need.

Yes! I’ve done this as well! Quite a savings when they want aver $15 bucks for a small bag of poly fill.

I was just thinking about this few days ago... why is it cheaper to buy a full product IDK... but yeah, you get more stuffing, same or better quality and you can stuff what you want.

but this is not a hate comment u gave me a brilliant idea with my old pillows but if no one HAS old pillows just NEW ones wont it be a waste??? and my parents wont let e do that even with old pillows so is there more alternatives???? Pls let me know thank you!

I've been doing this for years. You can take one old pillow and use it to stuff 4 other old pillows. Or use a new one and do the same. If you don't use it all you can save it for future projects, or just stick it back up and you now have a smaller decorative pillow. I'm curious why your parents wouldn't allow this though, its really great and saves all those old pillows from the land fill!

YUP! Ive started using old pillows too. (i started with the new pillows) and then after my dog chewed a hole in a throw pillow, i started stuffing a sack and saving it for later.

Haaaa! Good tip. I've been looking for alternatives for bean bag fillers. I don't like the idea of having to refilling and paying a lot for good quality beads. It's expensive. Thank you!
