Never-before-seen video from the day of recording my first national tv doo wop special, Doo Wop 50, you'll see, Jerry Butler is practicing reading the scripts I wrote introducing each act and myself, are and performers are rehearsing what will happen live in front of an audience in about 4-hours from now. What a group with some of the greatest lead singers perfect uharmonies & leads . BEYOND SUPER. Steve Horn on Bass FANTASTIC passed at the young age of 64.

Lee Andrews had such great diction, and he could hit those notes, he was just the best. On my top five lead doowop singers. He really sang from the heart.

Earl Carroll one of the greats & nicest people. The Price of Jubilie Records N.Y. Got their Lp The Crazy Cadillacs at Downstairs Recoeds located in Subway Station. With only 3 members recreating the sound of the full group.

Vito doing Bass that Frankie Fox did on the recording. Vito did the lead falsetto on the recording that Randy is doing. Joe Speedo Frazier still sounding like he did on Cub Records Recording.

This is great. I was born in 1952, so i was young when all these groups were so young thenselves. Judging from this ,they haven't aged a bit. Loved the pkatters. Enjoyes this entire program. Doo woop is so fun, high energy!!! Thanks T.J.😊❤❤❤

Lee one of the great leads- long lonely nights, Teardrops. OBVIOUSLY the 2 background dsingers are not from the Original HEARTS. TOO 7YOUNG. AND HARMONIES NOT THE SAME.

I really enjoyed watching my favorite male doo wooper Mr.Jerry Butler. He seemed to be enjoying himself and it rubbed off on the rest of the audience and viewers at home. I hope The Iceman is doing well.
