I enjoyed that more than I normally would for core. I think there was enough layered over it. What you say about production is true, it feels like so much heaviness now comes from the production, not the song itself.

Isn't 'harbinger' a wonderful word! I did like this - the combination of harsh and clean works well and it's an intense song. But not really something I'm going to run out and buy. I don't mind a bit of a 'mish-mash' - modern art is mostly that.

Our bearded friend Galacticriminal probably would approve the breakdown and what came shortly after. The rest is a bit too melodic indeed to call it straight away Coremetal. For me, it is an ok song, but nothing special.
