He is just constantly defeated by some ridiculous manner like getting stuck in a teleport loop only to be rescued by some dumbass to fight against Superman. Repeat and repeat. For some reason he gets stronger everytime yet everytime he looses, because writers won't have any idea what to do with him otherwise, because he is just an OP idiot. It's annoying, I hope that thing with the Doomslayer was the last instance I'll be seeing of him.

There's no brain in there. The creature has no internal organs. Remember, the skin is an organ, as are the eyes. In fact, the one time Doomsday has been defeated was when he developed a brain and with it, the ability to feel fear. Yes, Doomsday is literally a mindless and heartless killer. And yes, he's most likely zombie proof. Yes, he can still somehow have thoughts and memories without a brain. No, I have no idea how that works biologically. This is comics, so remember that it doesn't have to be scientifically accurate, people!

@Coley Durham I get it they should word it as "he gets killed but keeps coming back from death" not "he can not die" which is completely false. You can not say he can not die yet he gets killed and in fact dies. Yes he can come back from death but that does not erase him being killed in the first place. You can not come back from death unless you were killed. Their word logic drives me insane LOL.

If you can destroy existence then you can destroy doomsday no matter how stupid the writing is. My point is they should not claim that doomsday can never be destroyed because that is simply not true. I understand hard to kill him and that he can come back from the dead but to say he can never be killed (permanent death) is not true. Another awesome vid! I know you get all sorts of requests for character videos, but I think a great character to do a video on would be Aquaman. A lot of people still see him as some sort of joke. You're really good at going over a character's powers and feats in depth, and such a video for Aquaman would really be helpful in showing how badass he actually is.

First off, great video it's nice seeing some perspective in regards to one of the more terrifying villains in the DC Universe, Superman was scared of Doomsdays existence for years after his death so seeing his gradual evolution is really easy to appreciate. Though it kind of highlights the biggest issue I've had with DC comics, the excessive overtuning of it's heroes be it giving Superman the rather idiotic feat of being able to lift a black hole (not I'm not letting that one go) or Wally's ability re-write the script because screw having actual consequence for overtuned plot convenience of the speed force. When I compare Doomsday to that kind of writing he's really the only thing that actually somewhat consistent in terms of his abilities.

Conor Kent has the telekinesis to allow him to fly and medium range attacks. Superboy when having all of superman's powers plus telekinesis makes him dangerous
