Yeah, Makoto is definitely hiding his dancing and acrobatic skills. He must have become more athletic through being on a sports team and fighting Shadows a lot too. But yeah, I'm glad Elizabeth ultimately cheered him up during the time he had become withdrawn again in the 4th and final movie.

He's definitely holding back despite the context of the velvet club. Both P3 protags might have the strongest grasp of the wild card, but I wouldn't say they have a strong sense of will. Nothing that would assist them in dancing at least. So yeah, raw. absolute. talent.
