Lee Ann Downs he is so awful. If that had been my beautiful daughter and she had been killed like that and he said those words to me, I would’ve turned into someone far scarier than Charles Manson or Tex. I would really like to know what all was going on at that house, while Roman and Sharon were in Europe. Sharon was apparently not happy with what all was happening there upon her return. She was so bothered that even mentioned it to her mother. And seems she was still quiet close with Jay (although I think he and Voytek were involved in some sketchy activities). So that just leaves Voytek and Abigail. And I am not trying to bash any of the victims. They in no way deserved the horrible abrupt ends to their lives. But after hearing Doris say that Sharon was not happy with the new environment at Cielo, there were definitely some bad vibes going on. I have just always felt there was more to this than the Helter Skelter motive. And maybe even more than the Terry Melcher connection. Just not sure what. And Tex (although his word is mud) has even said there is much more to it all. But of course he doesn’t elaborate. And I do think the girls were in the dark about any other motives. And they did believe it was for Helter Skelter or to help free Bobby. But they went along with it all. So all these murderers are right where they should be and stay, Charlie took anything else to his grave. So if there is more, doubt we’ll ever know.

This guy Tom Oniel wrote a book called chaos. Some of his KZfaq interviews are pretty good. He feels the same way, alot more went on up at that house then we were told. He told a story about a wire being cut behind Jay Sebrings house, the night before the murders, that knocked out very expensive cable TV, that story gave me chills because cutting the wire turned on some outside lights. Whoever cut it must of took off. Creepy stuff.

At one point, I believed in parole for the killers, only thinking it was right if they had truly changed. But I realize now thats not the point. Hearing Doris really makes you think. Although I do not believe in the death penalty, I see her view now. If they get out, justice will not be served. The victims will never get a second chance at life, so why should they? That Bill Nelson was something else. It's like he was getting off on telling her the details over & over again. Colonel Tate should've kicked Nelson's ass for that! It was so unnecessary, even if she had thought about it over & over again.

Nice to hear about the victims in life. They were overshadowed by these killers trying to be more relevant. What a hero she is for being selfless by helping many people inmates by telling her story. Great mom. Bugliosi should have given every dollar To the victims families from his book By the way didn't even talk to the families yet told their story? That's unbelievable. Cold and very hurtful to families.

Love Doris Tate. Even though I think Manson himself was not guilty of the crimes he was convicted of ( Doris Tate mentioned this in another interview - she said he wasn't the responsible one), she was an amazing woman. RIP

What relevance is it to bring up 'rumours' about what the victims were smoking or drinking or whether they were having sex from the rafters, any more than questioning what the majority of the ordinary population gets up to? The fact is Sharon Tate and her guests were terrorised and brutally murdered in her home by insane maniacs. That's the issue. The interviewer is vile in his casual disrespect. Going by his tone he could be grilling a politician not a bereaved mother of a murdered daughter.

AH creep for putting this poor woman through more pain. She should never have had to spend her whole life trying to keep those butchers in jail. No justice for the poor victims or their families. Just a sick system we have called parole. I've seen criminals get out and kill again.
