Thank you very much for the report, this is another game that deserves a lot more exposure on KZfaq. I'm in awe of your table (and a bit jealous), which looks gorgeous.

There aren't enough gameplay videos of these sorts of games in general, I think. And thank you! I like my table set up so far, but I'd like to do more with it. Some of those buildings are just folded paper after all. :)

Thanks! I feel like it might be hard to tell what's going on with the camera moving about, but I'd be willing to try that style if I can figure out how to hold the camera, roll the dice, and move the figures without flailing around like a maniac. :)

@@LudantoRugxa Don't bother. Shaky camera reports are the worst. :) Someday someone will figure out the winning formula. Your solution is pretty good. Heavy post production can be hard to keep up with.

Dude! I loved every minute of it. Your presentation, the pacing, the little red indicators. I have watched so many battle reports and this is literally the best one and it covers a game I don’t know much about…yet! I’m looking to use Talespire’s new Cyberpunk assets and Five Parsecs would be a legit great way to play with those futuristic assets.
@LudantoRugxa Жыл бұрын
Hey, wow! Thanks! I'm glad I was able to make an impression. This was a 2nd Edition copy of the game. You're probably already aware that there's a fancy 3rd Edition out now. I also did a recording for 3rd Edition that's a little fancier as well, somewhere here on this channel. :) Anyway, I really appreciate the kind words. Have you picked up the new 5 Parsecs yet? There's also "Five Leagues from the Borderlands", which is a fantasy version of this system.

Yes! I'm playing 5 Parsecs in Talespire myself. Unfortunately, the current offering of Sci-Fi\Cyberpunk resources is low, so I hope they create more.

Thanks for the battle report. Are you using 15mm or 28mm miniatures? If it's 15mm, where did you get them?
@LudantoRugxa4 жыл бұрын
Ha! Everybody always asks that! :) They are indeed 15mm. Agent M, Bloo, Amaranth and Verdun are from Khurasan's Prohibited Non-Human Eradication team set. Flavio is the same model as Agent M, but I added a sword and a hood. Dave Duo is … I have no idea. Was he gifted to me? A Traveller mini maybe? I don't know. The enemy pistol guys are Rebel Minis Post-Apoc Gangers. Mr. Greene is from Rebel Minis Civilian Hunters pack. Oh, and Sloth is a mutant from Khurasan. I hope that's mostly helpful! :)
@HeadHunterSix3 жыл бұрын
I love your battle reports. Where do you find the counters for actions, stunned, and those great blood splats when models go down?
@LudantoRugxa3 жыл бұрын
Thanks! The blood pools are "Obviously Dead" tokens from Litko. The other counters are homemade from self-adhesive cabinet bumpers stuck to icons that I printed out. :)
@randallorndorff3 жыл бұрын
Agent M had a point of luck. He should have survived. I think you could have tagged the enemies with over watch.
@randallorndorff3 жыл бұрын
Also no story points? I’m not normally this critical but this is an excellent intro to the rule set....except that it makes it look more lethal than it is for the players. Which would have been enough to scare me away from the rule set if I didn’t own it already.

I know you recommended Khurasan minis to me (and I ordered about $20 worth of them) but where did you find the models for this crew and the opposition?
@LudantoRugxa3 жыл бұрын
This crew actually _did_ come from Khurasan! :) "15mm PNHE Cyborg Agents -- Prohibited Non-Human Eradication" (PNHE-TEAM). Although Flavio is just the same model as Agent M, but I added a hood and a sword. "Dave Duo" was a gift. I don't know where it's from. The big, doofy-looking enemy is one of the Mutants of the End Time -- The Predators (END-201). Several other enemies are 15mm Post Apoc Gangers (RMPAG) from Rebel Minis. The enemy "Mr. Green" is one of Rebel's 15mm Civilian Hunter's Pack (RMHU0001) I think that's everybody. I hope that helps!
