My employer are sending the request but when I log in it says I have no quarries available, but the employer says they've sent it more than once and I still don't see any in my log in page , now I'm not employed case can't get past this stage . HELP PLEASE

What do we do when we bring our guys from different countries and they get a different phone number??? We are having massive issues with this! We’re having to wait 24 hours to eliminate and then create a new acc. HELP!!!!!!!

Hello! Great video here. But I do have a question for you. I just finished activating and I was granted my authority recently. And I also received from FMCSA a letter stating that I had to take a 2hr drug and alcohol certificate for $99 course. Also, I was able to link my FMSCA Portal with the clearinghouse as driver and employer. Now, I wasn’t aware of the C/TPA? I left it blank, and I didn’t link any company because I wasn’t to sure what I need it to do? How can I obtain a third part C/TPA? Or do I even need one? Any information on this manner will be greatly appreciated so thank you in advance. 🙏

The letter you speak of, would not have come from FMCSA - they don't give price info or send threatening letter like that. There are companies that are scammers, trying to have names similar to FMCSA and DOT - they poach your info off the internet because your contact and DOT number is public info. You only need supervisor training if you have drivers - owner/operators do not. If you do need it, I suggest JJKeller, online - it is $40. Don't give your money to the scammers! Yes, you need a C/TPA - fine print - could you write you own policy, create your own documents pull your own randoms and find your own lab, in theory, yes. But a C/TPA will ensure your compliance for a nominal fee. Call me on Monday, 707 588-1234 X5 or text, I can help get you set up or at least give you the real info on the regulation.

It keeps trying to send a code to my old phone number. I have to delete my account. And put in my new phone number? They won't hire me unless I do this clear house. Waiting 24 hrs delete.? Is that correct?

If you are an owner operator, yes, you need a TPA.

Can you explain the three duties that the tpa can perform? I'm pretty lost on what they actually mean.

If you have a good TPA, you want to give them access to all options - so they can assist you. Report Violations = Companies have to enter refusals in the clearinghouse, it is pretty complicated - it is nice to have help. Report RTD Information = when a driver takes a return to duty test the company has to enter that in the clearinghouse, it is not hard at all. Conduct queries = You will run FULL queries on pre-employments and LIMITED queries annually on your existing drivers. Everything listed you can do alone - with a little work or help from the clearinghouse handouts. However, a good TPA should help you with this stuff sine it is familiar to them. We tell our clients they should not have to learn the clearinghouse, that is our job! If you need help -you are welcome to text us, we have a great team that awesome with the clearinghouse.

Hi Jackie, I registered I think it was 2020 for the Clearinghouse, question, is this something we have to pay for every year & how every many drivers you have

Having the Clearinghouse account is free. The cost is when you run a query, the system collects $1.25. This has nothing to do with my company, this is the FMCSA collecting money to process the information. If you sign up for our random testing program, 1-25 drivers is an annual fee per driver.

FMCSA has put together a central database to hold violation data. That way positives and refusals don't fall through the cracks, they are now linked to CDL's.

When you go to log in - scroll to the bottom and you will see a forgot my password. Enter your email. If that email is registered with the clearinghouse, you will get an email link to re set your password. As for deleting the account - once you are logged in - click the back arrow on your browser, this will take you to the profile - scroll down and you can click delete account.

You're no different than the rest. All lies. After I failed a drug screen it's been nothing but disappointment. Your representative nikita beets contact and like you're making it sound easy here. It hadn't been. $595.00 you stole from me. None educational information to employers. Most want even proceed through this. They simply say NO! Correct me if I'm wrong employers rather move to the next employee and not you. They figure if they have to continue to drug test you. They prefer not to hire you. So stop it!

I am rather confused. 1. We don't have an employee by that name (perhaps you have the wrong company). 2. We don't charge $595 for anything (I'd assume this is what you paid your SAP after testing positive). 3. If you tested positive that has nothing to do with this video of setting up an employer Clearinghouse account. 4. The clearinghouse was designed to keep employers informed - that way positives and refusals no longer fall through the cracks.

@@PatiynsMamma Employers moving forward don not know of this clearinghouse SAP several! Maybe you guys are also in the dark with this program. I apologize coming directly towards you here but again most if not a lot of trucking industries no nothing about Clearinghouse SAP. Especially Temporarily agencies that don't have the query set up C H SAP has created. School transportation many have not a clue of CHSAP also.
