In this episode we head offshore on a swordfish charter and hook more than we bargained for! Within 20 minutes of fishing we had a big swordfish on the main rod and then a little while later a second bigger fish ate the other rod! It took around 5 hours to land the double header but it was well worth it in the end! Back at the marina we fillet them up and then Jamaican Mike comes over and shows us how to make a pasta dish!

We have reservations first week of april, going fishing on the Real McCoy and we would LOVE the opportunity to meet Mike and Nick, my husband and I watch all of your video's and are HUGE fans. We wear your T-Shirt Mike and will be wearing Nick's gear when we come down and also we are representing both Nick and Mike up here in Minnesota. Looking FORWARD to finally getting down there and being on rewind time!! We haven't been on a vacation in 2 years and because of your channel, Bud N Mary's was OUR choice destination to go too. Portobello mushrooms are the big ones. That trip was definitely worth it 👌. Nice set of fish . Some Mahi on the way back would have wrapped up a slam of the keys though

I always either over or under cook my fish. Wish you could cook for me. Maybe sometime in the future.
