Love this breakdown! I use the same method with my students so I can attest that it works. What's also very helpful for beginners is to bend a little bit at the knees when doing it, because flexibility seems to be a common limiting factor. Other than that, just lift the legs higher and pike harder over time.

I love to see how the Tricking progresses, Zen Kajihara comes with the world first Double DLeg, and Shosei improves it and comes with the *Full Double DLeg, Cork Double DLeg, Double Full Double DLeg* im speechless about this...

Good stuff man. Do you have any tips for cart full round? Every time I do it, it comes out completely vertical.

Try using similar arm motion like I teach in this tutorial. Full round is almost like a bs 900. The kick extends just to slightly different direction.

How do you get over the fear of doing variations like dleg?

The tutorial didn't answer the question? I feel like d-leg is fairly safe when you have the base variation down. Just unite the legs little by little. You could even start with landing the full/cork legs together and move on from there.
