Hopefully, in this episode, Doug will get serious about his cooking and purchase an actual bowling ball to crush his chips. Not to sound like a snob, but a cast iron pan simply isn’t the proper tool for the job. The spherical shape of the bowling ball is ideal for releasing all the chip tannins and Fieri-flavonoids.
