Love the edit. Did you add some extra DOF in post at 0:36? How is AF with the fringer adapter?

No extra editing! Af is actually quite good with the sigma 18-35!

Great video. I am loving my X-S10 came from the m50 . I am such a noob at all this but, I would love to be able to shoot b roll like you just demonstrated. How good is the focusing with the sigma being adapted to x mount ? All manual?

That’s a great goal! The autofocus is great with the Fringer. I’m at about 75% manual and 25% af right now.

Incredible man. What aspect ratio is this to get the black borders like this? I'm not a fan of the "cinematic" borders because it takes up too much, this ratio is perfect! Side note - been watching ai many of your videos. Thanks for helping me get better 👏🏾👊🏾

Hey thanks so much! It means a lot. So this is a simple 2x1 ratio - so the sequence is 1920x960

Well for this i used the Ronin S, but I’ve gotten stable footage without it! I may do a video on this soon. But first thing is to bend your knees and elbows, hold the camera and lens firmly, and then move your legs and body in a smooth motion . Hard to explain over text, but I’ve found that to be really helpful!

@@NolanGunn Ah yes, the 'heel to toe' walk whilst keeping the arms close to the body. I can imagine it. Thanks for sharing, Nolan :) oh and I know this video was filmed on the Fuji but don't stop using the Lumix!

Yes! It works great. I haven’t tried any focusing though.

I use the S, but the SC would still have enough power to hold the XS-10

So I did not connect the Ronin to the XS-10. I set my focus manually and then shot from there.
