Hi Nolan! Thank you for sharing this tip. Do you recommend to do this adjustment even if we use the Select White Set function (on a 18% gray card)?

I wouldn’t mess with it unless you’re shooting daylight or tungsten. You can certainly experiment though!

I used a GH5 for my weddings, but for all of my events the Panasonic color is always shifted slightly to magenta.

Hi Nolan, I’ve been using a white card to auto set my white balance. I’ve been noticing my video image is yellowish. Should I stick to the daylight setting and adjust from there?

That’s what I would do. Or set it to daylight and film your grey card so you can adjust in post. Sorry for the late reply!

Almost always. Most of what I shoot is under controlled light or outdoors so having it customized on daylight works for me.

Since pretty much all skin tones fall on the skin tone line in a scope - I would assume yes!
