After arriving, I recorded a short vlog. Then I opened the door to my SUV and recorded this driving video in downtown Saltville. Buckle up and ride along. #Saltville #Virginia #driving #exploring #AppalachianTowns

I like to go to Saltvilles Labor Day Celebration. I have gotten to see some great concerts there. The museum is a great place to visit.

@@BigOvlogger Awesome! Also if you get the chance you have to stop by "Midgetville" also known as "Stoney Point Rail Road". It's a guy who's spent his life making a miniature town out of folk art, complete with a working railroad and all. It's off of Old Mill Road in Glade Spring.. the road going into Saltville. I believe.

Thanks. I will check it out. Thanks for the information.

I imagine that V8 in that Mountanier has torque like a F150!
@BigOvlogger2 жыл бұрын
It has a lot of torque. It runs strong. Thanks for riding along with me. I enjoyed the little drive.

This is okay, but a tour/commentary by someone who has actually lived in Saltville would be much more interesting. The town has a LOT of interesting history.
@BigOvloggerАй бұрын
It does have some interesting history; However, most people who records driving videos through cities and towns do not live in the places they are recording. It's a driving vlog not a history documentary. I have recorded many driving videos on KZfaq. I explain what I see and experiece while driving through places.

Dairy Queen? No.
@BigOvlogger2 жыл бұрын
I said it looks like an old Dairy Queen building. I didn't say it was a Dairy Queen building. LOL! We had a Dairy Queen in my hometown that looked exactly like this building. Now, it is a pizza restaurant.

You do not know anything about Saltville.

Yes, I know a lot about Saltville. My friend owns a lot of land just a few miles from Saltville.

@@BigOvlogger Good video, but saying you know Saltville, is clearly an overstatement to anyone who actually knows Saltville.

@@ericworley8501 I do not know everything about Saltville. I said, "I know a lot about Saltville.” That is the point.

@@BigOvlogger You missed the biggest attraction, the wave pool! lol but you did turn around in the parking lot.. It was a cool video seeing it from a non locals perspective though.
