Downtown View - City Soundscape in Washington DC at Night (Traffic Sounds for Sleep) 4k ASMR

City soundscape and view from my hotel window in Downtown Washington DC on a Saturday night. These city sounds were filmed in 4k and recorded with a binaural microphone a few weeks ago. This view is facing McPherson Square Metro Station. Although I couldn't fully open the window, I was able to crack it enough to catch the sounds of traffic and nightlife. Sounds can be used for sleep and study or just for watching. New York coming soon. Enjoy!

Originally being from the hinterlands of West Virginia, my first experience of a real city was when I went to visit my aunt in Washington, DC, in the late 1960s. I still remember lying awake at night hearing the sounds of traffic, the Beltway, and (especially) the continuous jets landing at National Airport. I still have a great affection for DC and think it's one of the world's most beautiful cities. I live in Los Angeles now, which has its own soundtrack, but DC remains unique. Thank you for posting!

Yeah me too...I used to live in crowd city in Middle East and this channel always makes me recall very good worm memories of that city.. it's just wonderful channel and I hope they got the fame and the money deserve.

Trust me, I am watching this and I am crying. This COVID-19 has changed everything. I remember I used to take the bus to go to work, then after 5 pm when I get back home, I open the window. I live in downtown Seattle. But now everything is changed. We work from home, we do not see each other, downtown always quiet. What a life. God, please stay with us, we have only you

This is madly good. The fact it was recorded is the icing on the cake. I only feel sorry for you, because I know what is like to sleep near a motorway or high-density road - despite that I love the sound of a city alive nothing like cars and people and the smell of paper while studying/reading
