Love the content. I survived the most dangerous and deadly prison system in America (Alabama) and I'm lucky to be alive. I got out in 2005. Anyway you're definitely in my subscription list for content. Plus ..I love the "cooking" vids(recipes) you do bc they bring back the FEW good memories I have from being in the system. Those are BUSSIN'

Draper or Holman ? Born and raised in Alabama and those are the two at the time when I was working with inmates to be the dangerous now I think it's everyone of them.
@keithbarto54643 ай бұрын
@@chipmunk2729 Kilby and Ventress. ALL the camps level 4 and upwards, are now death camps. They shut down Draper finally bc they are building a new Billion dollar mega prison in Elmore county that will house over 4000 inmates. When that happens there is a possibility that Staton and Elmore could be phased out as well. THE most dangerous camps are still Bibb(Bloody Bibb), St Clair, And Donaldson (formerly known as West Jefferson)...but the system is so dangerous now that even the level 4's are diabolical.
@keithbarto54643 ай бұрын
@@chipmunk2729 part of the Holman Facility was decommissioned so it's not as populated as it used to be. It's still a level 5 but the overflow of the inmates it used to house, along with Draper's former population, got dispersed and consolidated throughout the rest of the 4s-5s...and led to Alabama becoming far And away THE most dangerous in America. Ventress was built to hold around 1200+ but now houses close 1700 and at times(night shift) there will be as few as 3-4 Officers on the entire compound. That ratio means ANYTHING goes, and the inmates now essentially own the place.

The way you explained everything felt so surreal. You’re good at storytelling. I had a jail experience back at the end of 2021 and thank goodness I only spent 19 hours in there. My first offense because of a stupid mistake. Taught me a lesson about who you associate with. It doesn’t matter who a person is to you BAD ASSOCIATION can ruin anyone. I’ve seen a lot during my career from simple fights to stabbings , tattoo guns made out of electric razor blades , k-2, blood , guts and much more. Probably the most terrifying experience of my life was giving CPR to a dead inmate. Thankfully he came back to life. Yup prison will definitely change you whether you work there or live there. In Texas it's called a personal recognition bond by the way, class b misdemeanor takes 60 days to get it, 90 days for a class a misdemeanor, and 180 days for a felony. If they had not gotten you in court yet by that time if you are not in any other trouble in other counties, they have to let you go. That does not mean the statue of limitations is up. 2 years for misdemeanor. 3 for a felony
