Great stuff mate. Have you used high compression piston, what are the valves diameters and carb specs? I'm asking as I want to go for a big bore kit on mine 650 as well... And have you used racing camshaft as well?

i'm thinking hod did you mamage with smaller ID of crankcase? Did you rebore it to fit bigger OD of 790 cylinder? Anyway good job!

What kind of manifold is that? It looks like stock but has a weld line in the bend and looks thicker.
