Midnight society didn’t believe any of it, but they felt they had to lead their own investigation to make sure they spoke to several parties involved and came out the other end firing him. which means they found something because we don’t have it doesn’t mean it didn’t happen but if they did find something I expected to come out within the next couple days

I don't believe the accusations without evidence but the fact he's quitting streaming after being accused like this/ makes me wonder if he's running away before the evidence possibly drops. I think that, Twitch staff were violating privacy rights of users and just reading messages, they come across his, fire him, he decides to sue, that goes into discovery, it comes to his attention of what twitch have been doing through that, so twitch says 'OK, we'll pay you off, and we won't tell people what you were doing and in return you don't tell people what we were doing'. I think that's what's happened here. It explains the ban, the reason for the pay out of the contract and the reason for his silence and theirs too, because they could each nuke the other. They could out him as a potential perv and if he speaks, twitch could end up paying far more than his contract was worth in legal battles and lawsuits and possibly even end up in front of Congress like fb and twitter.

Midnight is holding information from us clearly.. DOC SETTLED it does not mean he is guilty however it does mean whatever they had on him would be potentially taken out of such context and would continuously destroy Docs and Midnights image. So midnight investigates and gets their lawyers and doc to sign an NDA together that way nobody goes down but they just have to split. And of course people make mistakes unknowingly, I accidentally texted a chick that was 17 for two months straight when I was 23 cuz she told me she was 25. And she looked it. It’s a scary fuckin world with demons pretending to be angels just to put you in a path of destruction. She knew she was putting my life at risk but they don’t care, I eventually got the opportunity looked at her ID and saw her real age. It's not to hard to figure out what happened, with a couple things being unknown. Doc was Is inappropriately messing a minor on the whisper app. He won his case against twitch for two reasons. 1st : whisper is supposed to be 18 + and obviously there was a minor that was able to use it. 2nd : twitch looked into people's personal messages and depending the contract might be illegal, so they paid out and everyone was NDAed out the butt. Speaking of which doesn't doc had a (NDAed out the ass) shirt? Butt if doc didn't know of age then this is the 2nd time lossing hos career because of it, and I could understand his shortness with all his tweets. But if he actually did know and still message, it is what it is and well, I'll still watch his vids but probably not send him money. Although I never sent him money.

Doc Defenders need to understand what an “NDA” is about. It was between three parties who agreed not to discuss what happened for four years. No one admits to wrong-doing.
