Totally worth it. Bought in NY store, flew back to KL. Wore it every day to work. I wish they make another model without the tassels

I got the Solovair burgundy rub-off a half size smaller than my sneaker size. The break in has been absolutely insane. After wearing these I found out my left foot doesn’t have as much arch as the right which made them super tight around the vamp. After a week, they are starting to break in and feel great! I had to do the double sock + insole and heated the vamp of the left foot for a bit couple times. Overall, I think they fire and super comfortable after the break-in.

thinking about getting a pair of solovairs, im UK 9.5 in sneakers(adidas, nike etc.) and UK 9 in chucks, im unsure about the sizing. and about breaking in the show, like if u buy the shoe in the right size, which fits, doesn´t breaking in with like 2 pairs of socks and all widen the shoe so its just a little to big? i tried some docs in the store and one size was nice, but i was slipping out just a bit, and the smaller size was not just uncomfortable, it was painfull haha and difficult to walk in, but it was really just 5 min in the store.

As we Aussies say: "That's NOT long term, THIS is long term !" I own a pair of Doc Tassle Loafers in Burgundy bought back in 1985 as a Sydney Mod (Australia). Almost 40 years later they are now VERY worn as expected with stitching coming apart and even a hole in the toe, but they STILL function as house kickabouts and I LOVE them. I also wore them riding my Vespa P200E through the 80's since they were THAT tough. I WILL be buying a new pair soon & get another 40 years wear out of them ... the Doc Marten soles NEVER wear out ! Buy 'em kiddo's, you'll be wearing them for MANY years to come, believe me !

Thank you…I think the Adrian are narrower than 1460. I think the 8 should be fine if you don’t have wide feet.

Hello, new to your channel… i am planning to get one of these, i have DM Chelsea boots and Pascals both US11, I heard these run large. Would going size 10 be the right call? I run a 10.5 in converse and ultraboosts if that info helps.

Welcome to the channel! Given your sizes in DM Chelsea boots, Pascals, Converse, and Ultraboosts, going down to a US10 for your new DMs could be the right call since they often run large. Consider how you prefer the fit with socks. Also, if you have wide feet get an 11. Looking forward to hearing which pair you choose!

thinking about getting the adrian arcadia loafer or the solovair burgundy rub off loafer? Do you have a pair of solovairs, im unsure about the sizing, i can try docs instore but not the solovoir. Im a size 44 EU or i think 10 US (which is UK 9.5 on the solovair website), in some cases 10.5 US depens i guess, but in chucks i got 43, which is UK9 on the solovair website
