Robert Thurman at the height of his powers! Don't miss this and if your attention span has been so shrunk that you think it's too long you can always watch it in a couple of sittings. Riveting.

Robert Therman is not only the type of scholar you can trust to take you to the heights of the mountains of knowledge but he's also the type of kind Sherpa who will make sure to always be ready with a comforting joke or helpful quip as you navigate the darker crags and chasms on your way to enlightenment

I so disagree, like many academics he's all in his head. So speaks a bit too fast and not from the gut. Power and passion and resonance lacking.

The perfection of knowledge is free from speech, thought, or expression. Unborn, unceasing, like the essential nature of sky, This is only sustaining the wisdom of discerning self-awareness. Homage to the mother of all the Victors of the three times.

One can live either in the world of Mara or in the world of Buddha. It is said in the teachings when you know your mind you are Buddha and you live in the world of Buddha. If you don't know your mind you live in the world of Mara, the devil. In the world of Buddha everybody is seen in the mode of Buddha. In the world of the devil, everybody is suppressed by the devil. Buddha is Buddha. The devil is the devil. To become Buddha you have to overcome the devil. Then for you everybody is Buddha. For the others everybody is dominated by the devil.
