even over 2500 years ago Buddha said that there are millions even billions of planets in the universe beside earth & earth is one of the small planet in the universe. there are billions of planets & solar systems in the universe but we dont see with our eyes. I wish from the bottom of my heart that people will get to know buddha. he is the enlightenment one & many many Buddhas are also enlightenment because they follow him. Buddha wants to help us from suffering & etc....he told us what he know, sees & understand. buddhist teaching is very popular in the East countries but in the West like America & Europe are mostly Christian & Catholics. Buddha not discourages everyone to study any other religions because that's when you know buddha is the way of life & the way of practice in life. there are over 84,000 ways/ techniques/ philosophies to practice buddhusm. Almost everyone including people who are not buddhist practice buddhist techniques/ philosophies but they dont realize it.

I'm extremely lucky that I found buddha & his teachings. even I grow up in a buddhist family but we don't really practice his teachings & we dont really study buddhism until less than 10 years ago. Everything, everything about his teaching is the truth, the facts. time & science can only prove it more truth.

Buddhism does not emphasized on love! It's more important to be compassionate knowing that you as a human being is capable of all, good and evil all depends on one's circumstances and environment that one is 'born into'. Hence the need for compassion to extend to our enemy as well as our love ones. Though compassion does not equate to approval of misconduct

Buddha is also the one taught us about Karma ( karma is always there like the sun & the stars on the sky).. no matter who you are, no matter what's your socioeconomic, religions, races, ethics we all have karma from your past & present & it's also explain we we are all different. good luck or bad luck...your previous karma & actions shows it. Buddha also talk about cause & effects thousands of years ago. I think the west will never fully know about buddha. I've a master degree in college but I feel like I know nothing compared to the monks & the buddha teachings.

When it comes to Science and Buddhism, there is an established myth of misunderstanding. Buddha is a scientist! - many people say Buddha is a scientist. Some say science is crawling before Buddhism! As far I understand Buddhism, - Buddha is Buddha, - Buddhism is Buddhism, Buddha or his teachings should be understood within the context it is taught - Based on our academic and intellectual experiences, we can give many titles to Buddha. A medical expert who believes in Buddha can say Buddha is the founder of medicine! An engineering expert can say Buddha is an engineer! Some say Buddha is a psychologist. If someone has basic knowledge of some "sutras" or "Abhidharma" in Tripitaka, they can create such logic for the sake of academic/intellectual discourses.

He claims that Buddhist had a problem understanding why God would only have one ( unique) son but when the Greek king Menander asked why only one Buddha appears in the world at a time Nagasena amswered if the king would be more healthy if he ate one meal at a sitting or two. The phrase " only son" ( of a Buddha) is reoccurring in Mahayana sutras and is a play off of Rahula.

Everything was developed in India by Hindus. They claimed budhhists developed them.

The cause of everything is contact. Buddhism is more heighten knowledge than this guy's is talking about. The cause of Feeling which includes emotions is contact. Eyes contact Ears contact Nose contact Tongue contact Bodily contact Mind contact. The word I AM also caused by contact. This universe govern by this law, it's the law of nature which is Dependent Origination. Everything dependently arising nothing has its own absolute entity but independently arising like electromagnetism, electric city and magnetic current independently arising inseparable and 5 aggregates are doing just that. The material world and consciousness world are interconnected, The existence or the universe is governed by the law of Dependent Origination, Einstein said General Relativity or Entanglement. For example. Everyone acknowledge there's black object, is black has its own appearance? No, it dependent on White to stated the appearance of Black. Tall and Short Good and Bad Soft and Hard Ect. These are dependent Origination. The existence is the wave of elements constantly moving in a constant speed and the mind is also doing just that. The elements formed and deformed dependent on the mind, abstract elements such as compassion or anger is manifested in the mind, also the word of I AM . When did the I AM manifested, Buddha said there's no beginning nor an end when the appearance of I am had manifested, This is called the Birth of Existence. Where there's Experience there's will be None existence. Being who fully understands Buddha s teaching will understand there is no me nor you, no him nor her, no beings. But a word beings is designated for The Clinging of I AM. The cessation of all suffering is to understand the existence of I am is an illusion fabricated by the Mind. Pleasure is the Origin of Clinging. The existence is the moving elements with a constant speed and is subject to change ( impermanence) . The Emptiness is where the I AM ceased. No I am, no suffering, no death nor birth. Noble disciple s who become enlightened understand this. If there's a we then we are all interconnected, we are made the same elements which is 5 aggregates, the only differences is 5 aggregates has both bad elements and good elements and good and bad is the condition of the renewal of elements. The teachings of other faiths, religions can not come close to the Buddhist and Advaita philosophies of ancient India. This is very stupid and idiotic statement to say all religions of the world are same and equal. Did any prophet had ever given such a beautiful and mystical insights of the consciousness and matter as these two ancient/eternal philosophies did? The answer is 'No ' or rather they could never ever able to attend this very high state of perfect enlightenment as the Buddha did. 2500 years of teachings of the Buddha are still and will remain relevant for future generations. How do we know the past? by what the past left us. We can not recreate what happened in the past, it' impossible to study the past as we study things with science like nowadays. As you probably believe in Buddhism, with writings of followers(even though most of them probably written hundreds of years after the appearance of Buddha, but by those writings, we can say Buddha probably existed. You can believe everything that followers of Buddha said what Buddha did. Some teachings, some miracles, an encounter with Devil, and so on. Let's say you believe almost all of what they say, but still, Buddha was clearly a man, and he died, and they testified his death. Even if you believe all Buddha's teaching, life is still full of suffering, and you are responsible for your karma. and you will try, strive, suffer, then die as Buddha did. Now, New Testament, it's testimonies of followers of Jesus. Some are commentaries of the teaching of Jesus and some are revelations of the spirit of Jesus. As we applied above, let's say we believe what they say. Then, the result of the faith is quite different. If you believe in Jesus, and if he told the truth, and if he what he really is as he claimed, then you will be done with your suffering when you die, also the suffering you have to deal with while you alive, Jesus said he will walk with you and help you to deal with it. Isn't believing in Jesus much more practical and reasonable? Now, Dalai Lama said, he believes in Big bang, so there must have been several big bangs before this big bang because of Karma. This is comical to me since Big bang is a joke. There was nothing, then there's something, something got as small as a dot then exploded, then everything exists. Is this reasonable to you? Nothing comes out from nothing? all plants come from sort of seeds, and all living things come from a single cell, all things are made of atoms. As we observe of all things as much as we can, we can see there's design, and there are laws. We have been finding these laws and designs so we can develop various knowledge, science and etc. With studying DNA, we know it's information in every living cells of all living things. Then, there's must be a designer of all things? and our ancestors believed that God created all things. The only problem is which God? That's why God used Israel. God says God of Israel is the true God, all others are idols and devils according to Old Testament. Is this claim true? well, we can not exam gods, but we can exam Old Testament. Before 1500BC, Bible told us there was the flood that covered all earth. and we find the proof every day. fossils of clams closed on Mount Everest, we use fossil fuel every day which is dead plants and dead animals, and we see most of earth is covered with sedimentary rocks which only happens with water. and you find more dead animals in those layers of rocks. Bible says the earth is round and hanged on nothing, there are ways in the sea and heaven, and etc written 700BC all those are found very recently by science. Is it not reasonable to be astonished and study more with Old Testament? We should do that. We did find the recording of Exodus event in Egypt writing, and other places not just in Bible, and found remaining of Sodom and Gomorrah which was destroyed by rain with fire and sulfur. that sulfur is more than 90% pure sulfur and we do not find such purity from anywhere. We did find the Mount Sinai and as described in OT, the top of the mountain were burnt, and alter that people made. OT has been found true as much as we discover. Shouldn't we believe in OT? As we examed, it is very reasonable to believe. The appearance of Jesus did happen as recorded in OT. Most of the prophecies of Jesus came to pass, and only a few to accomplish some time soon. Some Christians live as they are, some don't. if you are disappointed by Christians, I am sorry about that. I was also not a good Christian for a long time. But that should not a reason not to believe in Jesus or bible. It is most reasonable that Creator is GOD and He wants to save us from suffering. His solution for suffering is faith in Jesus. With the Holy Spirit, you will understand what I have been saying. How you recieve the Holy Spirit? This is one of way; Joel2:12~13 Therefore also now, saith the LORD, turn ye even to me with all your heart, and with fasting, and with weeping, and with mourning: 13And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil. Heb1111:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. I hope you find GOD and Jesus. You will waste much time and life while you try other things, but I really pray you find Jesus.
