I have used 1/2 tea spone of mathi dana dipped in one glass water in the evening and used it (hand grind) in morning, but after 6-7 days I severely suffered with sever constipation and followed by blood piles.

Doctor you forget most important thing that’s dates. Early morning empty stomach eat some dates or soak them in water over night best diet to stay young healthy for a long time.

بلکل میں متفق ہوں آپ سے غریبی بھی ہزار نعمت تھی۔ ہمیں تو پتہ ہی نہیں تھا کہ کم کھانے سے انسان کتنا جوان اور چاق وچوبند رہتا ہے۔ جتنا پیسا اب ہے ویسے ہی خوراک بھی ہے۔ خوب کھاؤ پھر بھانت بھانت کے ڈاکٹروں کہ پاس جاؤ ہر جگہ پھیلے ہوئے ہیں انیٹ کھودو تو ڈاکٹر ہے۔ نئی سے نئی بیماری کی تشخیص ہوتی ہے۔ جو جتنے زیادہ پیسے لے گا بیمار کو یہی لگے گا وہی دنیا کا سب سے بہترین ڈاکٹر ہے۔ اور آگر یہاں سے علاج نہ ہوا تو دنیا دوزخ ہے۔ پھر نت نئے ہسپتال کی بھرمار ہے ہر جگہ آگر آپ چھینکتے بھی ہیں تو اسکا ڈاکٹر اور ہسپتال ہے۔ کیا واقعی ہمیں اتنے ڈاکٹروں اور ہسپتالوں کی ضرورت ہے۔ نہیں بلکل نہیں کھانا سادہ کھائیں بھوک لگے تب کھائیں اور جب تھوڑی بھوک رہ جائے تو کھانا چھوڑ دیں۔ ہم نے تو یہی سنا تھا اپنے امی ابا سے ۔لکین افسوس وہ بھی اس وقت تک بتاتے رہے جب تک کم تھا جیسے ہی فراوانی ہوئی وہ بھی اسی کھانے کی چکاچوندی میں گم ہو گئے ۔

The mucilage of Methidana can cause constipation, to avoid constipation please use after the breakfast and it will still be affective as if taken before breakfast. Reduce the amount to quarter of a teaspoon or take equal to a pinch (Chutki)!

The flax seeds have natural mucilage coating, therefore to avoid constipation roast them before using. Please grind them properly and they may be used after taking your meals and are still effective!

I am a Diabetic too. If ur sugar is high then better avoid. Specially type 2. But if it is on lower side then u can take a few on alternate days. But keep ur sugar in check.
