Idk why but I like how in TCM movies, everyone is always glistening with sweat and just LOOKS damp and hot. It really adds to the whole sunny muggy hot ass murder massacre weather. Also, I had nobody to watch this with and Leatherface terrifies me so I’m glad I got to “see” it with my moms.

@@bondfool yeah. The way they filmed that dinner scene was brilliant in the worst ways. They really got you into the psychological mind splitting feeling of what that situation would feel like. Your brain just breaking. I was so disturbed yet blown away. They dont make movies like that really. If you read articles about what went into making that scene its even more sick. That actress went through some shit.

The reference to Leatherface putting on the makeup was because earlier, his mother when she was alive said “Well, I need to go put on my face.” when people had first arrived. So, you actually did get that correct, ladies!
