Beanie! She's your "Preface" - Love it. I enjoy watching both the real-time and sped-up versions. Real speed reminds me that real art (and anything, really) takes time, while sped-up allows me to appreciate the movement and dance of the art process itself, if that makes sense. As someone who has been an art model and had the chance to see the artist's work of me, I loved every piece. Not once did I judge negatively. I'm still in awe of figure art because it beautifully demonstrates the unique ways our eyes, brains, and hands interconnect to tell stories. None of the drawings I've seen of myself looked how I perceived myself; they reflected how the artist saw, interpreted, and created. Pretty dang cool to witness. But I get it! I love your cut-in quote, haha. Your faces are AMAZING. I love your work! Nice job! P.S. I can relate to that feeling - with my teaching I get a mix of 'I taught a great class today. I am a real teacher.' and 'Goodness, I am teaching like I've never taught before,' even after 10 years of teaching. I say, each day we are granted different tools to work with (different face, different page, different sunlight, different mind, different mood, etc) so no two days/drawings/classes will be experienced alike. It's a journey! Much love.

Loved seeing your 100 heads, and it was really cool to see the ones that you re-did. I did the challenge over a period of about three months as an absolute beginner, and I really enjoyed it but got so sick of statues by the end. I also had a lot that I had avoided drawing to deal with at the end.
