I’ve got like a crazy prediction in Thedas’ future probably in like 2, 3 or 4 ages. The Kingdom of Fereldan will be come a steampunk empire that rose to power thanks to the invention of trains, steamboats, guns, the newspaper and steam powered robots. Fereldan also colonized countries east of Thedas such as a forest isle home to a race of humanoid with Fox Ears and Tails, a mountain nation home to Gnomes, an isle empire of Merfolk that’s a bit similar to the Elven Empire and a massive tropic desert area home to many tribes of Djinn (blue skinned elves), Efreet (red skinned orcs), Colossi (Minotaur with green fur and grey skin) and Anubi (a race of humanoids with jackal ears and tail). The Free Marches became colonies to the Fereldan Empire. The Orlais Empire basically fell to a rebellion of the common folk who executed all of the nobles and royal family, abolished the aristocracy and turned Orlais into the Orlaisen Republic. The Elves also reclaimed the Dales, but decided to worship just Solas. Nevarra also became a colony to the Fereldan Empire. The Tevinter Imperium fell to the Qun while the Mages decided to make the Andersfel the only nation left to allow Mages to govern. Rivain fell to the Qun, leaving Antiva the only nation left to fight against the Qun. The Sixth Blight basically forced all of the Dwarves to leave their mountains and established a new nation in the surrounding areas of Kirkwall and Ostwick, naming it the Kingdom of Ducan, named after the royal house of Aeducan.
