Quick suggestion, instead of repeatedly saying Press Tab to reach a specific option, you can say Tab and the number of times you wish to Tab. For example Tab 4 | Tab 3 etc - Nice video

If you're using NaturallySpeaking when watching this video make sure the microphone is not sleeping or the microphone is turned off, in my case when you kept saying wake up, my microphone turned on and started doing weird things on my computer :-)

A quicker way to open an email attachment is to say "open attachment one", "open attachment two" etc

It's fascinating to learn from you that Nuance Dragon can do so much. I was told that it supports different languages and how do we select a different language than just English?

You need to buy a version that supports another language + English (Spanish, French, Portuese, Italian and German version are avialable, but there is no universal version that supports all languages simultaneously). I for example own a spanish version of Dragon which allows me to dictate in Both Spanish and English. They are all price exactly the same so you might be able to get nuance to change your version if you ask nicely.

Thanks for the tips, I didn't know that about pressing F6 and other things! However how do you navigate to different mailboxes? I have more than one email account in my Outlook program.

You can scroll different inboxes using the same menu as the Inbox panel: just arrow down/up to get to the accounts lower down in the menu.
