Damn I love being Scottish :3 we have some of the best folklore. I remember my dad talking me stories about elves living in the mounds in the woods. We’d then go looking for them and knock on the mounds to try and wake them up lol :3

Rwby was the first place I saw it. I think season 3 or something. But as a lot of fun media it was inspired by an old piece of folklore. So we wanted to pull from that same folklore for our htkam project.

No funny enough those are two different critters. If I'm correct dullahan are referred to as a kind of fae folk the nuckelavee to my knowledge is never referred to ad a fae. But a practically force of nature bringing disease, famine and destruction.
