As an agriculture major, I love that Julia had the cow facts ready! Spotted cows (whether black or brown) are usually for milk and pure colored cows (pure black or pure brown) are for meat! I also love all the Jacob shorthand animals, they’re so cute!!

Tips for Karina from someone who's dad used to fly every other week for work and passed along the knowledge: Never underestimate boredom. Bring a variety of things to do. I like to bring my Switch or 3DS plus a variety of games as well as sodoku or puzzle books if I need a change of pace. I sometimes bring a small sketchbook and pencil for sketching. A deck of cards is fun if you have friends with you. Bring chargers for any headphones, consoles, or phones (you can get one power bank and use one of those hydra cables with multiple ends to save space). There's usually free wifi and plugs for charging at airports and in planes. And it's *technically* socially acceptable to take a nap on the floor or chairs as long as you're not in the way of foot traffic (you'll never guess how I know). Just be sure you've got your bag tucked under you or a watchful friend so no one can steal anything while you're out. I advise bringing a small pillow or something to nap on or have in your lap while gaming (reducing the distance between your hands and eyes helps prevent hand and neck cramps). They make inflatable neck pillows if you need to save space. Also, cause apparently a lot of people don't know this: you can bring any food that isn't a paste or liquid through security and onto the plane. So stock up on snacks beforehand to avoid airport prices and help get you through the layovers. Be sure to bring nuts or other substantial snacks as well as candy to tide you over. For fast security: - wear shoes that are easy to take on and off - keep all electronics in one pocket and/or in a big plastic bag so you don't have to fumble to take them all out quickly Lastly: Wear comfy clothes. Like, SUPER comfy. Airports are like Walmart: as long as you're wearing *something*, nobody really cares. Though I get the feeling you already do this, lol. I hope this helps someone!

Hey Drawfee! The time capsule idea is amazing! I'm a film photographer and I love to shoot a roll of film at the beginning of the year, then sit on it and develop it later on. I get to see what I thought was interesting and see how my style changes. I think a speed draw like that would be incredible to see your growth over however long.

I realized a few days ago that I had declared 2022 my year of fanart, rediscovering a joy in art for fun (rather than art for work! I’m a costume designer I do a lot of art for work) but I just kept drawing goofy bits and character art from dnd/ttrpg podcasts through 2023 as well. So… I dunno. Silly resolutions, like embracing a hobby or reading more novels or talking to more strangers in line at the post office, can be awfully satisfying since they’re both attainable and fun!

My New Year’s resolution is for senpai Drawfee to notice me…request: LOL. Drawing suggestion: draw each other into an isekai. Example- Nathan is king of dinosaurs in a prehistoric world; Karina uses a Digimon deck in a YuGiOh-esque dimension; Julia is a Drawtective in an isekai full of vampires; and Jacob is the leader of a bunch of little guys rebelling against hot villains.

I love the resolution idea!! I'd like to suggest, in the spirit of just drawing something you enjoy, is to do a speed draw episode where you sketch something you would like someone ELSE to render, and give it as a lil gift to us all! So we see speed draw lines/sketch, and then speed draw inking/render after. Similar vibe to episode with Nathan's brother. 🥰 Porfmas in July: Fix it in Post edition. 😈💖

Episode idea: Genre swap telephone! One person designs a character in a specific genre, they hand it off to the next person who does a genre swaped drawing of that character, then the next person draws it in another genre without seeing the first one. Sort of like the fursona telephone episode you did a little while ago.
