This doesnt apply to every man oo. I was living in a single room when i met my wife and i was a teacher. Three years later we got married. Long story short, our marriage is twelve years old, we have 3 children and we are doing very well financial. Things didnt immediately turn around for us after our marriage, but my wife was a great support and managed ever resource i made available then, no matter how small. She never disrespected me and that is why i dont spare any expense when i want to spoil her now. So it doesnt apply to every man and marriage. Lessons like this will only cause young men to go looking for money by all means necessary. Ask the rich men in Nigeria today whether they were wealthy before they got married...

It’s better and easier to be more ambitious and patient than to sit and hope for the rarity of a woman who will accept substandard living conditions. This is just logic and common sense. God bless you. I’m happy it seems to have turned out well for you.

I disagree. I had a room mate on campus poor as a pagan rat. His girlfriend stood by him. I told him if u don't marry this woman don't invite me to your wedding. They happily married today. Catholic women for some reason hav d winning formula and protestants should learn: meditation, self sacrifice and a mindset of surrender is what is missing cos fear of God lost years ago. Many women singing praise Jesus would hav been far from hm if they lived in his days on earth. Cos he king now with riches to give right? Learn from the catholic woman of meditation and decency

Quite true with the dogs; they try to assault a rich person. They would squamish instead of attack. The story of wives frustration over unsuccessful husband, is due to her not sharing her knowledge, and communicating with her husband to be successful together. This culture is prevalent with Nigerian society only, and not a general opinion of human state of affairs. A loving husband and wife are supposed to build metrimony wealth together, if that makes sense. I wouldn't want my partner to be in poor condition, with time to develop money making projects. Mind you, unlike Nigeria, in comparison to the rest of the world, is the most extroverted commercial society in the world. Rich Nigerians, prefer to acquire wealth with foreign friends, than their own country citizens, it appears to be a custom that needs changing. Women shouldn't fear rich men,it's always a pleasure to have a rich woman as a friend of rich men, both academically and business moguls or magnates.

Society worships these rich people without character even in the different religions.
@fcarter3863
@fcarter3863 3 ай бұрын
@@DrCharlesApoki I agree. Money only legitimizes from a society standpoint. It doesn't determine someone's character. You can have poor character whether rich or poor. This is why you don't base your value on money and idolize rich people because many have poor character. And if someone bases your value based on how much money you have, then that's probably someone you shouldn't have around you.

If women, your kids, people only respect you because you have money, is it you they respect? No, they respect the money(paper) over you (the soul) & those aren't the kind of people worth having in one's life... The "respect" you get through money is nothing but a rented illusion. A wise man once said his aim in life was not to make more money, but to make many more great relationships worldwide so that wherever he went, *his money would be no good.* The real currency is RELATIONSHIP (true deep connection), not only with others but most importantly with yourself. *A boat doesn't sink from the water around it, it sinks from the water it lets inside it...* Letting outside things like money define you or determine your self-worth is ignorance and a shortcut to less peace of mind. Misery and unhappiness are experienced from the inside out, so never let the outside world convince you that external things like money get you respect, fulfilment, or happiness. Your experience of life starts & ends with YOU... not money. *"The gates of hell are locked from inside." C.S. Lewis*
@MylezNevison
@MylezNevison 2 ай бұрын
In closing, real respect is supposed to be a CHARACTER TRAIT (who you are), not a transactional tool you earn, lose, barter, or use to get what your Ego desires... You should respect others because YOU are a respectful person, and doing otherwise would be acting out of character (thus, no one should EVER have the power or control to make you be disrespectful & figuratively act out of your respectful character). If your kids don't respect you because you have no money, it means you failed at raising respectful humans. Once respect becomes something to be bought/earned, it is no longer character. It becomes a commodity/tool. And just like commodities and tools, it can be lost or controlled by external factors.

I get your point, but the world we live in is cold and indeed so, generally speaking the content of this video is factual, if your statement or question about respect is leading the fact women respect money more than men that often pretend to love and respect men, well then the answer yes indeed. The fundamental point being made is that you need to have something to be taken seriously in this world. That this why women will go line up for the guy that has achieved financial success than the rest or the average guy.

Money is a foundation. I’m 26 now and I have just realize that all my problems, be them mental-wise, health-wise, relationship-wise were based upon my poverty mindset. Again, I say I denied that money talks. My so-called spiritual and cloud-nined ego was so “above” the essence of money that it led to circumstances where all I think, wish, cry and talk about is money. My thousand thanks for the knowledge you give. I feel shattered yet so grounded because I shook off the illusion I lived in. It will take time but now I’m determined to change. And you believed them did not you? That's why you are really a child. Real man checks everything critically and does not just accept someones nonsensical words as facts. But that's too hard to use ones brain is not it? Let's just trust someone who has 10 selfish agendas behind their words to use and abuse and manipulate others for their own benefit. Stupid... And trust me you can have all money in the world (you won't) and you will still be stupid kid thinking in status figures instead of intelligence and understanding.

this from you is Worldly wisdom, you are promoting the worship of Mammon! If we put God first we do not need to worry about these things. And God judges the rich more toughly than He judges the poor. May God bless you.

He is not promoting worldly wisdom, he is simply saying you need money to operate while you are living in this world. If you don’t have money of your own, you & everyone you are responsible for will suffer. E.g if you have little kids in school, you are responsible to feed them, buy books, pay doctors if they are sick & so many more.

I grew up poor and still currently am living in the hardest phase in my life currently. I’m filled with anxiety and stress. But I WILL be someone big one day and will be great. My mother and father worked their asses off for me and I will repay them one day.
