So regarding the helmet thing: at my highschool, the science fiction teacher and the robotics teacher (they were married) both wore things very similar to that when masks were required, and still do as far as I know. I dont know what is happening. All my life i have dealt with insomnia and sleep issues. It has always taken me several hours to fall asleep, as long as i can remember.
