Dude, it is a masterpiece of engineering. AWD with a 2.8 seconds 0-60. Moving 3900 lbs in 2.8 with a V6. Even Porsche engineers are impress of the GTR numbers. It is the ultimate machine, it is Godzilla.....

Boost is a term used to reference the pressure that the forced induction engine is using to build power. A N/A car runs off of the air around us which is designed as 1 atmosphere or 14.7 psi. A forced induction engine uses pressures above 1 atmosphere to create a situation where the engine can burn more fuel due to the presence of more oxygen from the pressurization of the air. 1 bar is 14.7 psi

this car is great and all but honestly it isn't shit compared to an ams alpha 16 gtr which almost doubles its 900hp with an insane 1600hp

To all those who are calling him out on the GTR not being a sleeper, the man's absolutely right. A sleeper or stealth car is ANY car that has significantly upgraded performance that has no visual upgrades whatsoever. A GTR can't really be a hidden race car because one in and of itself has amazing street credibility, but the point is that it has twice the power of a stock GTR with no visual upgrades. True "junk car that drives like a track star" sleeper? Nope; can't do it. Sleeper by definition? Most definitely.

Wow. The whole "2 year warranty" thing is just flat out amazing. Crazy to even think that someone would build something like this and sell it to the general public, much less offer a 2 year TRANSFERABLE warranty...

This is one cool car, awesome job. Sound is absolutely the best ever GT-R! AP racing J hook rotors, endless pads, braided lines...for sure over stock brembo cross-drilled rotors which are prone to cracking at cross drill points..

Driven a stock GTR and am very impressed with its ability to launch so quick. That said, the list of modifications to this car shouldn't cost more then $12,000. I know because I am building a 500hp 4 cylinder.

I do agree however that on a track it all depends on the driver and that's the most important factor in any race. Brakes on switzer will not melt, they will just behave differently when heated up so again, if the driver is aware and used to this, brakes are not an issue.

The GT-R always has been Dual Clutch but the thing he meant i guess that when the car got customized even in the GearBox because as you heard the car accelerate differently ... So Fast !!!

Wouldn't say it's a masterpiece but it is an awesome car. Twin clutch, AWD, LC and a pretty hyped first gear ratio (compared to pretty much every other car) lol. It's no mystery as to why it's faster at 0-60s than a lot of cars. Overall its a great car and I wouldn't mind owning one.

Its actually surprisingly hard to improve the breaks on a GTR, the stock ones are awesome.

Thanks for that comment, copy that reply to me29903, the GT-R's chassis can only take so much, the drive train wasn't designed with tuners in mind, so anything pushing the GT-R past 600 hp will definitely cause some reliability issues unless you do some heavy modifications

As has been stated, I'm not a fan of unbalanced mods. If you're going to double the horsepower, do the brakes and the suspension, too. All that said, I LOVE the car. That exhaust tone? The understated looks of the car? Epic.

This car is so gigantic epic. If i ever would have the money to buy it i would deffinantly do so.

This sounds like a backhanded compliment but it's not: It takes some impressive engineering to make 900bhp work so smoothly and without drama that it looks, well, boring to be honest AND be able to back it up with a 2 year warranty too. Very nice.

stock brembo calipers are fine, he just needs upgraded pads to resist overheating and wear under harder driving

Who said anything about those cars? I never mentioned Ferrari, Lamborghini, or the Corvette once. All I said was a car built and wired to go as fast as possible cannot be enjoyed unless you drive it the way it was engineered and wired to be driven. In other words, you cannot enjoy them most of the time. Now you're saying you prefer a type of car that is essentially the opposite of the GTR (let alone a 950hp one) and are agreeing with me in the process.

$60k for that upgrade is actually a good deal. 50% extra for a 100% upgrade to the performance.

You also have to think about the level of car it is stock. It competes with ZR1s, veyrons, enzos, etc. In that realm, it is a sleeper.

There's a shop in my village building this cars, last week there where 4 GTRs in front of the company! Luckily they test them on the way next to my house :P

so true.. with a cobb access port only being 1k (expensive but really for a gtr owner it's not at all ) and minor upgrades being overall cheap.. you expect this car to be a mid 10 second car right off the bat..

This seems like a car you can only enjoy when you're thrashing it. I doubt there are a lot of people going "yeah lets' cruise around in my GTR". This is a boy's car. Something a kid who thinks he can drive pulls up to a light in, switches this and presses that, guns it, and off he goes. It's an intriguing piece of automotive technology, but that's it.

You'd be wrong. Most people don't know what a GT-R is. They think it's just another sports car. When it kills Ferraris and Lambos. My friend has a GT-R and a guy in a mustang rolled up and wanted to race. He just closed the window and ignored the guy.

It can still be considered a sleeper when put up against other super cars. Most people know what the GT-R is capable of. If some guy in an Aventador LP-700 pulled up next to it, he'd think the GT-R is stock based on the looks. Any car that can trick someone is a sleeper.

BMW G-Power 7 series with 1000 hp would be a good shootout for this car :)
