Another nice motor coming together Phil. You are certainly getting the pick of the nice colours for your recent cars. Better to have some fresh oil in the gearbox than messing about to save it. 😂

Hi Phil I would have changed the drive shaft on the ground with the passenger side on blocks and the drivers side about six inches higher so the oil could not run out.

Whats a bit of oil, all the other money you spend ..Should have let drain an refilled with fresh...glory glory mush

That hub can't be right if it ain't got threaded holes for backplate

If you notice around 13:15, the Timelapse is cut where he puts the heat shield on. I guess there was some sketchy sht going on to attach it…

@@martynpanting sketchy shit? I drilled and tapped 3 holes just like the original one had, in the exact same place on the casting where its designed to have the holes. There's nothing sketchy about that, but it takes time and I get moaned at for too much time lapse , so what am I supposed to do?

The man said near the beginning that he would drill and tap the holes needed, which he obviously did 🤷

Well done Phil. Your getting there, as usual. I quite like the car . Although a person local to me regrets buying his. Due to the low mpg he gets from it. Been back to Ford Dealer 4 times and no improvement.. See you in the next one. 🛠🛠

I kinda like the Ecosport, but under the arches it looks rough for the mileage and age. My wife had a Fiesta 17 plate and it didn't look like this car, I wonder if its been a country car using lanes etc.

I'm not sure if you have ever tried to remove a polycarbonate lens from a headlamp housing? Having worked for 4 lighting manufacturers I would be truly amazed if you do it! It's a 2 part cure adhesive which is designed to not go anywhere, I'm now watching in anticipation 😊
