Another dashcam driving tour video. So many restaurants to chose from, the Fairhaven area looks like a ton of fun! Drive in real speed throughout the Western USA.

That was enjoyable. I've lived in Bellingham for 20 years, now, and really like it. Since I am always the one driving, it was nice to be a passenger for this, and second-guess where you'd be turning next. 'Glad you found the interesting little Fairhaven district (yes, it's nice when the Christmas lights go up).

Glad you enjoyed it, we have not made it back yet but hopefully soon. Would be fun to see the area with holiday decorations.

Actually, Old Town Bellingham is right about where your video starts. Below the old court house. There are two old buildings there that were built in the 1850's. One an old courthouse that is really small. It's the oldest brick building in Washington. I think it might be used as an art gallery today. There is also the Pickett House, which is a house built at that time where, believe it or not, Confederate George Pickett lived. It's not far from that little courthouse. The reason Fairhaven, which is lovely, is considered the historic part of Bellingham is because the old buildings there are a lot bigger and have been preserved more.

Thanks for the info! It is a long way for us to get up there so I am not very familiar with the area. We walked around town during covid so not much was open, I hope we get back soon and can explore more :)
