It's so funny you mention, having no friends or feeling lonely and how you feel you are part of a community here on youtube because that is exactly how I feel also. I watch so many of your videos and other Med youtubers that I feel like you guys are my friends. Sometimes I even talk to my boyfriend about you, at first he was like "who is Jenny, I never met her" and I made him watch your videos with me and he thinks its so funny how youtubers are my friends, but I told him its a community.

I feel the same way. Especially since I have been studying for the MCAT, I don't get to see my childhood/college friends as much anymore. Watching Med youtubers makes me feel connected to a larger community and inspired to accomplish my goal of being a family medicine physician.

Thanks for this I get overwhelmed. I’m trying to balance applying to nursing school, breastfeeding, being a mom of 4, husband, kids sports, cook, laundry, gym, and pampering myself. I try to stick with a schedule sometimes it doesn’t always go as planned. I tell my husband to help me with my kids too thank god he has. I love your videos I always learn so much from you. ❤️

Also I wanted to add that I love the advice about using even a 10 minute gap! I just realized this myself. I was sitting in between lectures (in med school) and figured I would do a bit of reading even though I felt like I couldn’t devote more than 15 minutes to studying. I would usually just sit there. Tonight I realized how much that short time reading helped me!

I admire you for bullet journaling. I feel like I would be way too much of a perfectionist in wanting to make it look good and straight and colorful. It would just take too much time out of my day.

Having multiple childern and having help is the greatest. I don't know how we could do it with 3 boys if we didn't have family to help

If your a PA, and you go back to med school. During your residency could you work as a PA instead of a resident?

Jenny Le I had to defended your family name. When I was in Barnes and Noble 5th ave near the ROCKefeller center. Tis hispanic women walked by me and said the Le family USMLE First Aid books are shit. I think it's a good book and if she knows a better one like these let's see it. That shut her up real quick.

Jenny, I wanted to ask you and I know you may not really know how to answer this but after going through your medical school and going into primary care family med do you think that you would do the PA route instead? And choose to do primary med as a PA? I’ve heard that being a PA is less loans and you also have less schooling and that the salary difference is not huge. Is this true?

I explained this in another video but one of the reasons why I went into medicine was to learn Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. I am not able to do that as a PA. And as a PA, it is very limited in the things that you are allowed to do without supervision. As for the salary difference, PA’s average around 100k while FM average around 200-250k. That is quite a big difference.

No almost all the questions you will be getting during the actual test are brand new. But when you are doing he practice test, you are learning concepts
