Just finished a three month course of ksm-66 Ashwaghanda, it truly is a life changer. I was a train wreck of anxiety, depression, and stress three months ago. After a few weeks of taking it, I found the energy and motivation to go back on my intermittent fasting diet, started keto, dropped fifty pounds, started going to the gym regularly to put on muscle. Wish I had found this video three years ago.

Reishi mushroom is the most powerful adaptogen I've ever tried, I took double the dose the first day and my stress levels where flat line the whole day it was impossible to stress even though I wanted to. Highly recommended

Hello. I suffer from essentail tremor, not Parkinson's disease. When I hold a glass of water, my hands tremble and cause me embarrassment. When a problem occurs in front of me, my body trembles. Which adaptogenic herbs work for my case?

You should definitely take astragalus as well! It's pure gold for the immune system. Whilst my family got omicron covid really bad, I don't even know if I also had it.

I believe I have adrenal fatigue. A couple years ago I was always pounding energy drinks and doing multiple scoops of pre-workout drinks cause I didn’t feel anything on just one scoop and I could sleep even after drinking a monster or red bull along with the stress of my ex wife going behind my back and seeing someone else which was the result of me divorcing her along with losing quite a bit of weight. So now I believe I have major adrenal fatigue I only sleep four hours at a time and can’t sleep anymore than that and still feel tired even if I try to go back to sleep so I’ve been taking ashwagandha, fish oil, bioastin and collagen as well as probiotics lately so hopefully in a few weeks to a month I start feeling the benefits from it. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I have Adrenal Insufficiency due to a active pituitary tumor that has been removed. I just ordered Reishi to see if it helps me out, I normally take 5 MG of steroid per day. So I want to see if this helps. A literal study has been on me at MD Anderson Medical. I had the best team of doctors working on me. I am now 50 and feel it bad now. So I will see if this will help me out. I've done Ashwaganda but it is bad on the liver. So I stopped it.

i was a chronic heavy alcoholic....lately i have stopped..drinking....whixh has resulted in extreme dopaminergic depression....low mood motivation... nil sex drive and high mental fog....after extensive research ....i came to know about Rhodiola....what a herb my god??~it not only helped in my depression but olso in my joint pains???~

I completely agree with reducing stress. If we don't deal with the stressors (many times they are within ourselves and we need to sort some emotions, relational expectations, healthy boundaries etc) then all the herbs you can take in the world cannot cure you. You have to deal with your mind,needs,expectations, and emotions also purge or heal unhealthy relationships to be physically well too.

Totally agree! I noticed that when I started meditating it started addressing the root cause of the stress but in the mean time the herbs helped manage it a lot. I think stress gets out of hand when we try to suppress it or not acknowledge it. But once we do it can be released

I have tried Maca, ashwaganda , holy basil and reishi daily for 3 weeks but they only work properly if and only if I have my 8 hours of sleep. Whenever I sleep less than 8 hours, I feel their efficiency only at 40% less

I’ve been on Doug Kauffman’s antifungal diet for a few years from having mold toxicity. We aren’t supposed to be eating mushrooms, so are reishi mushrooms ok? My ulcer, by the way, was from h-pylori. Have that checked if you have a gnawing pain in your upper stomach area. Also, one of my blood tests said I had thyroid issues and my doctor wanted to put me in a med, but I asked if I could try an herbal supplement. I got some licorice in a bottle, and the next time, my labs were perfect!

I have low cortisol. 8 reading in the morning. How do I get it back up to a normal regulation. I also got depersonalization and derealization. I believe from my constant panic attacks for three months. I dumped so much cortisol in a short period. What can I do. I’m no currently stressed. It was just high for a long period. Do I have probably adrenal fatigue? I started licorice root tea. I need some help asap. I know my adrenal and cortisol problems can be fixed and my dpdr can go away

Hey, look into Vitamin b1, Thaimine. It saved me and my nervous system- Elliot Overton on KZfaq has a protocol/ book and I bought it- well worth it. Lots of free videos. You may want to try biting into a lemon (we need Vit c to produce cortisol, panic can be low Vit c levels) Lastly methylene blue. USP grade. It took my anxiety away within 24 hours and my PTSd. 💕🙏💕

I actually appreciate that he times his video and that he uses this tool. It shows respect for the viewer's own time they have to watch a video in a world where so many people abuse time and are inconsiderate of other people's time. I realize he could hide it from view but it actually gives me confidence and reassurance that his not going to abuse the time he gives himself to give us the information.

I have sjogrens and ashwaganda makes me nauseated. Made my husband have an upset stomach too.

Are tinctures or capsules more effective? Did anyone try the 5 suggestions? I'd like to try 1 at a time otherwise I won't know what is helping.
