Meanwhile, all the other Minnesota cities mentioned in the film (such as Burnsville, Forest Lake and Pine City) are real cities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area.

Loved your reaction! I'm from Minnesota, and the actors' accent is perfection.😂 Each character portrayed in the movie, is a person I've known in real life; Myself included! I was the girl always at the funeral home, a cheerleader, involved with theatre, was Goth, a marksman and live in same town as the Minnesota School Academy for the Deaf; sign language friendly town. The accuracy of this movie has me wheezing!🤣 Also, "Mount Rose" is an actual town in MN named, Rosemount.
