What about while in a strong fibromyalgia flare?

Often when in a flare focusing on the pain or symptom sensations can be too intense. It is ideal to instead focus on nervous system regulation or use strategic avoidance. I wish you the best in your healing!

I do cardiac coherence for hours and usually it helps me. However people usually do cardiac coherence for 20 minutes max lol I do it for 4 hours with breaks here and there I do it in the background of playing games.
