Comparing ourselves to others can be a way to either grow or stay in lack. Watching this episode helped me to see what ways I too am doing this in my life. As moms so much depends on us and the way we value or devalue ourselves. The more we respect ourselves, love and value ourselves the less we will fall into the comparison traps.

Thank you very much for this episode Dr Shefali. I really enjoyed it. I loved the lesson from the first case, I feel that it's so powerful to realize that by being present a situation/interaction/relationship can totally turned around. To be present is much more powerful than having all the money in the world❤. I'm just thinking about HOW someone really makes feel when they are present with me? I feel alive, I feel joy and in the case of people close to me, I feel that they have me in their heart ❤

Thank you soooo much for this episode!!! I am so guilty of that, saying to my daughter: you only love your dad, you prefer him. I left her dad due to emotional abuse from him to me. And it’s so hard indeed. But watching this helped me so much to understand why she’s rejecting me. It’s an eye opener. Thank you so so much Dr Shefali and to both of your guests who I resonated with both.
