you should pin this or make a pinned comment saying this, but if you download the firmware and it says device enter boot fail, the solution is to just press fn2+w and then it should reboot the keyboard and then it will work

The keyboard is great but the only thing i miss is the ability to switch between profiles without software. I would like to press fn2+1 to select profile 1 and fn2+2 to select profile 2. So simple but you actually can't do it right now.

It should work after you install the latest firmware. At least that’s how it worked for me.

When I set my rapid trigger mode on, it changed my backlight to blue and it won’t let me change it to any other color. The only way for my backlight rgb to be different color/rgb mode is when rapid trigger is off. Any solution to this?

Do you have low latency mode enabled? Do you have the latest firmware?

Its called Turbo mode, I belive it disables anyt RGB effects@@soyuhnee

When I made this video the desktop software seemed outdated when compared to the browser version. Maybe they fixed it :)

@@leizerg some people had that issue and the fixed it by turning on windows mode (fn2 + W)
