দিদিভাই আগে আমি এই রকম একটা ডায়েটচাট মেনে চলতাম কিছু সে রকম উপকার পাইনি তাই রাগ করে ছেড়ে দিয়েছি। এখন আমি আপনার এই ডায়েটচাট মেনে চলার চেষ্টা করবো। আপনি ভালো থাকবেন ও সাবধানে থাকবেন।

ওজন কমাতে ধর্য্য ধরে ডায়েট কে ফলো করতে হবে। হেলথি খাবার খান এবং আইস ক্রিম, কেক, মিষ্টি, বার্গার, চিপস, অতিরিক্ত তেলে ভাজা খাবার গুলো একটু এভোইড করুন। প্রতিদিন ৩০ মিনিট থেকে ১ ঘন্টা হাটা বা কোনো ব্যায়াম খুব দ্রুত ওজন কমাতে হেল্প করে। ভালো থাকবেন ও সাবধানে থাকবেন।

অসাধারন । তবে মা একটু ধীরে ধীরে বললে আরও অনেক ভালভাবে একটানা দেখে আপনার মহামূল্য কথাগুলো বেশী পাওয়া যেত। লেখার মাধ্যমে রিপীড করাতে খুবই উপকার হল। অনেক ধন্যবাদ।

আপু আমি চিকর হতে চাই কিন্তু..... আপু খাওয়া দাওয়া কম করলে শরিল এর থেকে বেশি আমার মুখটাই সুকায়...... এতে খুব বাহে লাগে আমায় আপু.... আমার কি করা উচিত যদি বলে দেও তাহলে খুব ভালো হয় আপু প্লিজ কি করলে আমার মুখ সুকাবে না সরিল সুকাবে আমাকে বলে দেও আপু.......

তিন মাসে ১২ কেজি ওজন কমিয়েছি ৬৮ থেকে ৫৬ তে এসেছি তাও অাবার ব্যায়াম ছাড়া ভাত রুটি মাছ মাংস সব কিছু খেয়ে মাঝে ফাস্ট ফুড এবং প্রচুর মিষ্টি ও খেয়ে ফেলতাম তারপরও অামার ১২ কেজি ওজন কমিয়েছি ৪৫ কেজিতে অাসার টার্গেট অাছে অাশা করি অার চার মাসের এসে পরবো সব কিছু তোমার জন্য হয়েছে অাপু ধন্যবাদ অাপু
