I purchased a used 2005 DRZ400s low miles only 2100 and it was very clean, I paid $3,800 it had lots of modifications already done, new exhaust, 4gal tank, kick starter, jet kit. anyway I really like it and it fits my needs well. I can ride it from home to the mountains, I can go on trails if I want, I’m 65 and at this point in my life I’m not looking for the deepest mud hole to play in, I just like getting out of the house and enjoying the world. Happy adventures.

Nice. My biddy just got one too. Held over from last year. Already buying some dirt wheels. This is his 2nd SM. Exploded his first at bout 25000 miles we did a complete build....stroker 470. After messing with it. The valves hit the piston while put riding....kaboom. So new one now. Great bikes. My 2011 has 54,000 miles on it. And she runs better than it did new. Highly higly modified. FYI...the S does do awesome on the road. She will cruise at 80 mph all day long with 50lbs of gear on board. And do it for days on end. Love it.

Just got the exact same bike a week ago, it was $6300, after all the fee's it was at a little under $8k. Well worth it i too was looking at the crf300/klx300. Ultimately drz400sm was my choice

Great bike I ride mine an hour a day. Reliable as hell at 8500 miles love every minute of it. Was my first street legal vehicle.

Nice bike. All best from Czech Republic. In my country is has banned from 2007 due to emissions. Unfortunately our European commission knows what it is best for as😢.

Im digging the retro graphics I paid 8k out the door for my 2018 s after the break in I put a full Yoshi exhaust swiss cheese the air box and rejet the stock carb it is a better running bike I used a wideband o2 to tune it and was definitely lean stock yours being newer they now have a pair valve you'll want a delete all these things will make a longer lasting bike I have alot of miles with this setup also recommend change your oil every 1500miles

These bikes are also designed to crash well......I slid out at 30mph on a Asphalt Circle(wet surface), literally picked it up and rode home, Lol. Bar ends and Pegs got some road rash, shifter got bent a little and straightened it with a hammer when I got home....my injuries were extremely minor....tiny bruise on my hip, and my hand got some road rash because my glove had a rip and that's Exactly where my hand contacted the surface, Go figure....somehow my $800 jacket and helmet didn't have a single scratch! But I remember flying off the bike and watching it come at me thinking Wow that was pretty graceful slide...Lol. I've seen regular motorcycles get pretty damaged from less.
