I affected 2014 still not full cure. How to treat

I have a problem in 10 months ... I did facial nurve test .. doctor told it was 50% affected i had steroids n vitamin tablets but still it is cured only 80% . When I'm open mouth my eyes also closed ... Is it curable 100% ?
