To optimize those builds better you can put away freeze magic and/or tears.
Overall I'd say those builds are not great, because:
1. Vordt's hammer takes 30 str and any other weapon, exept Irithill SS benefits from dex more. So on low lvl, or with magic/other weapons
2. Pontiff sythe needs 12 faith to use it
3. Freeze needs 18 int
4. I also used Friede sythe, but there's a reason you didn't see clips with it. That's because it takes too much time after doing Weapon Art to change action.
5. Damage and absorbtion are bad (you can make them better tho)
But you can make those builds much better by not using magic/bad shield I used for aesthetic/etc.
At the end you'll get a decent quality build.

Can't teach an old dog new tricks As you've probably seen, there's zero to no improvement in swaps (I'd say I'm worse at swapping than I used to). That's because practicing swaps feels so pointless and total waste of time, because every swap in the book has been done, and achieving hard swaps like tripples/faws etc. is just your own little milestone, nothing special. People saw them being done million times. Occasionally I get some motivation to try swapping again after watching other people's montages, but it's not lasting very long. My fingers are slow, swaps less consistent, and idk why. And tbh, I don't want to know why. But the thing that I enjoy is editing, so I tried to make this montage look somewhat cool and fun to watch. It's just my opinion but you shouldn't care so much about skill or swaps and justify yourself for gameplay parts, you'd be showing us random gameplay parts that I would still enjoy the video. DS3 is a role playing game which makes people feel creative and "write stories" + being able to exploit the game with CE and so many mods makes the editing trigger even stronger, I struggle coming back to pvp community bc I feel that if I wanna do this type of things without being S+++ tournament tier it's gonna look pathetic, tho I still love this universe and this video made me think of good times it's such an epic edit, good work ! :comfy:

You have no idea how big of a smile I had ony face while watching the video. Who cares about swaps and improvements anymore, this game is beyond dead and has no future. I always said that there are two types of montages, one that displays skill and one that's meant to be eye candy for the viewer. You absolutely sweetened the shit out of this video, god knows I could get diabetes if I watch it a few more times. Incredible editing and creativity with the gameplay, amazing frostbite wakeups and you even found a banger song to fit the theme. I'm such a lazy ass myself when it comes to making videos, this is honestly inspiring for how much effort you put into a simple ds3 montage, and it looks incredible. I see passion in your editing and I like your humor, I really hope that your channel finds growth in the future
