Yeah it is particularly difficult as decentralized Austria. I personally won the Serbian civil war (got a faction in charge that supported Austria) and had Albania and Epirus Greece. But Russia had Bulgaria, Romania, the entire ottoman empire, Iran, and Afghanistan. My only safe border was with France and Switzerland. France and Britain also both denied my call to arms despite taking the focus that was supposed to garuntee early French intervention. I did my best, but decentralized Austria is just too weak to fight that on its own. You only get 10% of your puppets factories as well which was brutal

After forming germany the Einfach nur slawen focus tree is unlocked which allows you to break the stahlpakt and invade russia.

Good video! Also when I played the mod as Prussia, Austria didn't split itself(so they were stronger). Though playing Austria is harder as Russia and Prussia just smash you until you can get some help from either France or the UK

You're saying that your civ greedy, but I don't think you even know what that means. Real civ greed is building civs for so long that you realize that you can't even fit mils anywhere. Was fun playing a 40 mil Germany with more civs than all other majors combined.
